Meet Chef Randy S. Beattie
Inn Keeper/ General Manager, The Inn at Vineyards Crossing
After beginning his culinary career in the United States Air Force, Randy Beattie trained under Necip Erturk (one of the top 5 Master Chefs in the world), where he trained as Escoffier.
Some of his career highlights include tenure at The MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada; The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Florida, The Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta, Georgia, and The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida.
Beattie has been certified as a Food and Beverage Manager through the Culinary Institute of America.
In 2005, he received the certification of ‘Master’ rating from Cornell University.
