Philip Carter Winery of Virginia only ships to Virginia addresses at this time. 

Additional Restrictions:

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Philip Carter Winery of Virginia. Upon delivery of the wine, proof of age and signature will be required.  Therefore, you are required to be present when the wine is delivered, so we recommend shipping to a location where you will be present to sign for the wine, such as a place of work if possible.
